Dining at the Hummingbird Inn – Full Country Breakfast served daily in our spacious dining room. Good food, great conversation, warm surroundings.
Our cozy den, the original room of the Inn, built in 1780, retains a rustic atmosphere. Comfortable furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV with DVD, a small refrigerator stocked with sodas and water, books, games and dvds make this a popular room.
The Living Room, with its gas fireplace, and inviting down sectional, is a great place to sit and relax, read a book, play games or converse with other guests.
The Solarium, a place to curl up in a plant-filled, glass enclosed sunroom with a good book, a glass of wine, tea in the afternoon or coffee in the morning.
Outside the Inn, over an acre of landscaped grounds, filled with perennials, trees, and shrubs, makes for pleasant strolling. Walk down to the gazebo overlooking a wide mountain stream next to the old livery stable and enjoy the daytime view, relaxing sounds of running water, or evenings in front of the outdoor fireplace.
